Top of the Class Clean’s Response to Coronavirus

Top of the Class Clean has been trusted to care for your homes and families since 2014. We recognize that the Coronavirus has caused uncertainty and can be rather scary. Our highest priority has always been, and will continue to be, the health and well being of our clientele and our employees. Keeping all of this in mind, here is what we are doing to adjust to Coronavirus in accordance with CDC guidelines, while maintaining our constant commitment to great service.

  • As always, our employees have never been encouraged to come to work when they feel ill, but especially right now. We will send home any employee who appears to exhibit symptoms of the virus, as well as any sign of general ill health. Our employees are provided sick leave so that they can continue to do their best work, at 100% health.

  • Clients are always requested to vacate the home or isolate to one room while Top of the Class Clean is working in your home or business. We request that any clients who are ill or showing any kind of symptoms to please cancel your appointment, and we will work with you to reschedule.

  • Team members have always, and will continue to, wear gloves when completing services. Teams will now arrive with masks on. They have added EPA approved anti-viral sprays in kitchens and bathrooms, as well as any high touch areas of the home, at no extra cost.

  • We are now disinfecting the interiors of our company cars, equipment, and supplies before arriving at each service. 

  • After each service, the supplies used are either disposed of, or disinfected before the next use. No piece of equipment or cleaning supply will go to another service without first being disinfected.

This no longer is about a homeowner looking at our services as being just about moving dirt or dust — but about providing real health and safety benefits to you and your family.
